Bio

Luc Hagen is currently pursuing a M.S. with research focusing on the use of wire arc DED for fabrication of pressure retaining components for use in nuclear power plants. Luc graduated from Colorado School of Mines in May 2020 with a B.S. in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. earning Cum Laude honors. As an undergraduate he was involved in research on the characterization of filler metals and the construction of low-cost water filters through the 3D printing of ceramics. Luc expects to complete his Masters studies in May 2022.
