“ACTIVE METAL BRAZING FOR JOINING CERAMICS TO CERAMICS OR METALS”

The research objective is to develop high temperature ceramic-to-metal joints with adequate metallurgical and mechanical behaviors by active metal brazing process.

Bio

Juan Wei comes from China. She received both of her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Central South University, China. Her Bachelor’s degree mainly focused on the metallurgy of rare earth, tungsten and titanium. During her Master’s degree, she researched fluorine-free mold flux for casting medium carbon steels.
