Jackson McCloskey

Bio

Jackson is a thesis-based Master’s student, specializing in hydrogen embrittlement of weldments in X-series pipeline steels, a class of high-strength low-alloy steels (HSLAs). His work will be used to develop the codes overseeing pipeline weldments, allowing for comprehensive designing of X-series alloys used in the transportation of gaseous hydrogen. He graduated with his B.S. at Mines in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering in Spring 2023.
